A-Level Results Release
First period, Miss Yamuna gave us a sorta 'wake-up' talk today... for the first period she told us about our chemistry standard, and asked us to gauge where we were standing... after her motivational speech, i believe more of the class of S23 will begin to remorse... and start our preparation for the A's... Hai... I'm really feeling the heat now, especially when I'm slacking alot right now and my results haven't been very ideal. After school, the whole J2 cohort went to LT5 to view the 'live' presentation of the A-level results to last year's J2. Mixed reactions could be seen, some were smiling, while some were crying. There were tears of joy as well as tears of pain. There was a scene where a guy was staring down at his result slip looking stunned and disappointed. I presume he was one of those who could neither advance nor retreat... and he was just lost. I suddenly feared the worst for myself, i had a premonition that i could be just like him if i don't wake up... *damned* somebody slap me to wake me up. Enough of laming around during free periods... its homework time... Enough of spending weekends finding friends to hang out... gotta start catching up on weak subjects! Haha, the most positive thing about today would be my A-level chinese result. An A2...michelle was the only one with the A1, so i had to make do with the 2. But it was good enough to defeat my two opponents, Chin Han and Lawrence, who are more comfortable with English, and they can easily beat me in GP. Well this is Gabriel typing 'live' at home... I'll bring you more another day... Gabriel out
